Materials Used for Your Kitchen Cabinets
For the manufacturing of your kitchen cabinets and custom furniture, we use thermoplastic, polyester, and melamine:
- Thermoplastic is a solid material that perfectly replicates various hardwood species, whether traditional or exotic. Made from medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and covered with a thermoplastic film, this seamless material is very sturdy and highly resistant to impacts. Your thermoplastic kitchen cabinets can be finished in your choice of matte to high-gloss.
- Polyester is a material that resists impacts and high temperatures while beautifully imitating hardwood species. It is an excellent alternative to wooden kitchen cabinets at a lower cost. Polyester cabinets consist of four polyester pieces forming the sides and a central melamine piece. The pieces are hot-molded.
- We also offer melamine cabinets, a material that has become a preferred option in recent years. With new melamine processing technologies, the result remarkably reproduces various colors and patterns of hardwood at a highly affordable price. Melamine kitchen cabinets with a lacquered (high-gloss) finish are also available.
